Like many people purchasing a house in the Algarve, you may only want to occupy it for a short period of time and you want to have a peace of mind that your property is being looked after while you are not in there. See West can offer a comprehensive service to property owners which include detailed inspection and maintenance to your property as if it were our own.

During our inspection, we will open the property to air it and will check for any faults/problems. If any, it will be notified and dealt with accordingly. Particular attention will be given to any possible water damage/leakage, humidity levels, and condition of interior furnishings and detection of vermin. Electrical appliances will also be checked.

We will take care of any utility bills, garden, and maintenance of swimming pool and if you want to have some profit with your property wile you away, we will rent it out for you.
